Beautiful Monday morning to everyone!

Fall has hit as we had our first frost on Saturday evening. We lost a good deal of products but that’s to be expected this time of year. I welcome it! The cool temperatures signal the approach of the winter market season and as most of you know this is where my heart lies. I am excited that we have been able to maintain a presence at the old depot all summer and serve the faithful of you who have continued to patronize during the warm months; but as winter approaches, we hope to see many missing faces!

I don’t know if Deana will join us this week, but I have no reason to suspect that she won’t. Deb is busy planting her winter garden and says everything is moving along nicely. The fellas will certainly join us once December rolls around. I hope to have at least one new face as well.

Also remember that….

The Dickeys began their fall pumpkin and winter squash harvest this month, and it will continue through the end of October. Visitors are welcome! They are located in Tontitown. Take 412 west to Harmon Road. Follow Harmon for about a mile to the first curve and turn right onto Wildcat Creek Road. Follow this for several miles until it turns to gravel. They are just past this point on the right. I am sure there will be signs and plenty of traffic, especially if you visit on a Saturday. You can visit their website at dickeyfarmsupick.com or call 479-361-9975. You have to visit to appreciate what a special family they really are!

One other point, at this time of year Dwight and I always purge our email list of folks who have moved or have never ordered or for whom we have undeliverable addresses. If by chance you are deleted and want to remain on our email, please let us know. There are many names and emails to go through and we occasionally make a mistake.
